I too have same problem:

HLEd -A -D -T 1 -n triphones1 -l * -i wintri.mlf mktri.led /home/adspr/htk/tryPE/mlf/check.mlf

No HTK Configuration Parameters Set

No HTK Configuration Parameters Set

No other commends in terminal....

What to do??

What is in your mktri.led file?

It contains these lines...
