I get

ERROR [+7060]  InitHMMSet: Expected newline after 2'th HMM

ERROR [+2321]  Initialise: MakeHMMSet failed

while re-estimating first in Step 9 using HERest.

I found that different than before, hmmdefs and macros (hmm10) are binaries and look like this:

This is just a short excerpt of the whole file. Does that have anything to do with the given Error? To test it i replaced the hmmdefs and macros of hmm10 by the ones of hmm9 (which look normal), but the error is still the same.
