there is something wrong with the "sample.voca" using the Tutorial (using ISIP Switchboard dictionnary) :

in this sample.voca the pronunciation of ZERO  is defined as follow:

ZERO    z ih r ow

but in voxforge_lexicon it is defined as 

ZERO            [ZERO]          z iy r ow

so they are inconsistent.
