   recently,I've rewrite .voca file,change monophone into triphones,in order to ask julius to search by triphone.

my .voca file looks like this:

I ay      
ME m+iy m-iy     
I'D ay+d ay-d     
I'LL ay+l ay-l     
I'M ay+m ay-m     
I'VE ay+v ay-v

But got below on start up:
