When run scrip ./HTK_Compile_Model.sh
I get the following error:

seems like you don't have enough audio for certain monophones (b - in this case; there are probably more). Are you following the Tutorial? If not, include prompts from step 3 of the tutorial to make sure you get enough coverage for HTK to create a basic acoustic model.
