I see Hungarian is not listed, in my question is, how would I go about setting a new language for collecting speach? I can't see any explanation of this on the website anywhere.

Please let us know which are major TV channels on Youtube with many Hungarian shows (> 100 hours of speech), that should be a good start.

Basically you'd need > 100 hours of Hungarian youtube that's properly subtitled in Hungarian?
