VoxForge
I'm new to VoxForge (read: VF and all related areas of study) and tried to follow the tutorial for creating an acoustic model from my own voice, but ran into a problem when trying to get HTK. Simply put, I can't reach the site. I get errors like "Server not found" or "Connection to the Server was reset", etc. I tried the Google cache of the page and it reports that their latest cached copy was from Christmas Eve (24 Dec 2009 17:20:17 GMT). Other parts of Cambridge's Engineering Dept. appear to be up. Is this just temporary or is something up? I can't get any HTK stuff, so I'm stalled for now. Any help would be appreciated.

Same here, http://htk.eng.cam.ac.uk/ doesn't respond.

It's good to know I'm not the only one =P.

Juste received this from the HTK mialing list:
Dear All,
apologies for the extended interruption to our
website! There was electrical work here over the new year period and
the hardware hosting the site would no longer boot when the power
returned. I've now transferred it to another machine, and we're back
on the air.
Best wishes for 2010!
