Hi!

I tried searching for an answer but did not come up with anything... is it useful to have samples from non-native speakers as well (seeing as speech recognition would most likey be used by non-natives too)?

I am Austrian - so I am a native German speaker, but I am fluent in English and to some extent French (and Japanese, but that's not on offer Cool)... should I record in those languages as well or stick to German?
