Ken - please pull this post if it is inappropriate, but as a long time contributer I may well be able to help the inhabitants of this forum out in a couple of ways:

Firstly, my company is expanding, we aim to be the UK's largest speech team just as soon as we can recruite everyone.   There is details of the skills we are looking for at www.cantabResearch.com/openings but if you like building speech recognition systems then that's a great start.

Secondly, if you have speech data for your own language and want a state of the art cloud based sevice like www.speechmatics.com then please do get in touch.   We've built systems for very many people and now want to expand to all the languages of the world.
