Hi all!

I would like to know how to align a test label sequence with labels in reference sequences using HResults.

My idea is to align using dynamic programming labels in a sequence with labels in reference sequences, obtaining a likelihood score for everyone of them, i.e.:

If I have a sequence transcription as a series of labels, for example [A,S,...,T], I want, using DP, the more likelihood sequence from a reference file that contains another sequences as, for example, [G,H,...,T], ..., [A,S,...,R]...

Could somebody help me to solve this problem?
