I was just using htk to make a model for signal data being converted
into a vector data file. I converted it to HTK format with the
following settings.

SOURCEFORMAT = NOHEAD
TARGETKIND = WAVEFORM
SOURCERATE = 10000
TARGETRATE = 20000
TARGETFORMAT= HTK


After that I created a prototype model as follows
