Hello, i'm trying to write a script for computing the alphas, betas, gammas and di_gammas with data from a HMM introduction text. http://speech.tifr.res.in/tutorials/hmmTutExamplesAlgo.pdf

I have written the script, but don't know how to check if the results are true. For my example i have 2 observations, and 3 possible hidden states.

According to that, all the matrix sizes are correct, and none of the members is <1.

Please, help me in finding a testing solution, or an step by step example on with values so I can check if they are equal to what i'm getting.

I havent posted the code becouse it seems it would be very unreadable if posted in a nonformated way.

Feel free to contact me at

Thank you
