Hi Ken,
Indeed i am. i regenerated the hmmdefs file, but the problem persists. My proto and hmmdefs file is at: http://research.iiit.ac.in/~pramod_sankar/proto http://research.iiit.ac.in/~pramod_sankar/hmmdefs

Hi PRAMOD,
Are you using the Beep phonelist to create your flatstart HMMs? Did you use the same phonelist when you created your training and testing prompts (i.e. in your phones0.mlf file)?
