We wish to have GUIDANCE in developing our own in-house SPEECH RECOGNITION ENGINE (SRE) using HTK (v-3.4.1) and Julius (v-4.1) on Linux (ubuntu-v13.10) under collaboration agreement of company NDA/IP policies.

We already have started working on it, but the guidance what we need would be when things as asked as query(s).
