We currently don't have anyone actively working on Hebrew submissions/Acoustic Models.   ofir was involved at one point, but I have not heard from him in a while.   To get up to speed on where we were at, please read the following thread:

He was working on Hebrew translations for the Java Speech Submission applet - please let me know if you are interested in creating Hebrew translations,
