You do not have enough data for training, you need to add more training data. Ideally you need at least 30 samples for each word.

I realize that I have to speak/record 10 or more wav samples.
But I don't know, how de.hcompv.scp should be formated.

Here is a example line:
./de/mfc/hallo_0.mfc
...
./de/mfc/hallo_9.mfc
